REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at CART DELI GROUP LLC.
RETURN WINDOW You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
RETURN SHIPPING COST A flat rate return shipping fee of $6.99 USD will be charged per return. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
RESTOCKING FEE A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned items.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Be in the original packaging with all seals intact
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages)
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
REFUND PROCESS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Return shipping fee ($6.99) will be deducted
- Restocking fee (5% of item price) will be deducted
- Remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@cartdeli.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without charging return shipping or restocking fees.
